Dr.D.Venkateswarlu received his Post Graduation in Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Central University, New Delhi. Awarded his First Doctoral degree, Ph.D. from Ranchi University in 2013. Second Doctoral degree, Ph.D. from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Andhra Pradesh in 2018. Currently working as Associate Professor in School of Management Studies of Lakireddy Balireddy College of Engineering (Autonomous), Vijayawada and put up more than 13 years of successful academic experience in this highly reputed institution among few in the state. He has a rich blend of diversified (26+ years) experience in both industry (in managerial positions) as well as in Academics (Engineering college) as MBA Associate Professor to his credit. His academic area of interest is in Business Management and General Management. He has published and presented more than twenty Research articles in National and International highly reputed journals by highlighting business and management perspective in Scopus and Web of science with a good impact factor. In addition to this, he is representing as Department coordinator and member at central level for various committees that are Students Discipline, IQAC, Annual academic programs, CRC and BOS. Proficient in motivating and guiding the students to identify their potential and interested area so as to make them competing and future Business executives at Corporate level by involving them in live case study discussions and analysis which is evident through placements achieved by them and consistent excellent teaching feedback received from students all these 12 years in the college.
Initially, he has worked
with reputed NBFCs, Corporate Banks and MNC for 13 years and started his career
with Tata Motors Finance Ltd (TATA Group 1995-2002) as Officer(Business Development), then moved
to Sundaram Finance Ltd (2002-2005) as Asst. Manager and later moved to
Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd(2005-2007) as Manager and grown to Territory
Manager position in Citibank group (Citicorp Finance Ltd- 2007) with excellent performance record in delivery process. From the inception of career, he has been consistently taking periodical promotions for achieving desired goals of diversed companies and got promoted to next levels.
To reach out to his passionate profession, in 2009 he has decided and initially switch to MBA teaching and joined as Lecturer in St. Theresa’s Autonomous college, Eluru and worked for 1.5years there and later in 2010 joined in Lakireddy Balireddy College ofEngineering Vijayawada and during his 12 years of tenure, received two promotions and currently he is in Associate Professor grade.
